Abstract

An automatic solid-phase microextraction procedure coupled with gas chromatography(SPME-GC) was developed and applied for analysis of nonylphenol(NP) in water samples.Several parameters affecting the SPME procedure, including selection of the SPME coating,extraction and desorption time and the ion strength were optimized.The result showed that the fiber coated with polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene(PDMS/DVB) of 65 μm thickness was the most appropriate parameter.It was carried out with no salt addition.The optimized adsorption and desorption time were 20 min and 12 min,respectively.The method was linear over the ranges between 5.0~200 μg/L with r2=0.997 3.The detection limit was 2.0 μg/L.The recovery was 83.2%~106.4%.
