Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging combined with cystatin C detection in renal function evaluation of patients with urinary calculi. Methods 62 hospitalized patients based on their medical history and inspection results were divided into urinary calculi group and no kidney disease group.Glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and cystatin C value were measured by 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method, respectively. Results There were significant difference on patients GFR and serum cystatin C values between urinary calculi group and no kidney disease group(P0.01).The GFR in urinary calculi group were negatively correlated with cystatin C value(r=-0.558,P0.001).Conclusion The combined determination of glomerular filtration rate and cystatin C has an important clinical value in comprehensive and objective analysis of early renal damage caused by kidney stones.
