On the Role of Historical Education in Cultivating and Developing National Spirit

Abstract

China has a long history.Since the ancient,Chinese people have attached great importance to the educational function of history and have realized gradually that history plays a role in developing national spirit.While promoting the cultivation and development of national spirit,we should give full play to the role of historical education in it.There are two reasons for it:one is that historical education can lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of national spirit;the other is that it can groom the main part for the development of national spirit.
