Abstract
Carrying forward the national spirit focuses on strengthening cultivation and sticking to it with unremitting effort. The key lies in turning the national spirit into the ideological soul and operative norm. Logically, the national spirit will be carried forward on the basis of cultivation, that is to say, only cultivating the national spirit can we develop it. At the time, the national spirit needs to be cultivated in its development. It is a constantly enriching and developing process.
