Abstract

High-Tech Industrial park Development Zone is different from traditional industrial park. Some indigenous innovation miner enterprises gathered in there and it comprised of manufacture, official business, technology research and development and enterprise hatchers. Traditional eco-planning cannot reflect features of high-tech industrial development zone. Eco-planning scheme of Eco-Industrial Parks was given from resource energy economy, garbage classed callback, innovation hatch service and management guarantee.
