Ideas on National Eco-Industrial Park Construction in CDHT

According to the principles of cycling economy and industrial ecology,aiming the problems of national eco-industrial park construction in Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone(CDHT),this paper suggested some measures that should be taken from planning at the levels inside enterprise,inter-enterprise and the industrial park.It pointed out the direction for the recent key construction project.Inside enterprises,the measures included energy-saving,emission reduction and cleaner production.For inter-enterprises level,the measures included conducting green business recruiting and starting chain-complementing strategy,increasing degree of association,building industrial chains(networks),improving the eco-efficiency of the park.For the park level,it includes strengthening human resources work to hire more talented persons and improving the information network system.
