Abstract

In the new democratic revolution period,Chinese Communist Party made a hard and longterm study in Solving China's national problem.In earlier times,the Party emphasized the national right to self-determination and federal system were stressed.During the war against Japanese invaders,the Party's national theory developed in various ways.In the time of liberation war,the Party established eventually the policy of regional national autonomy.All in all,the Party developed and perfected its basic policy towards national problem in defferent historical stages.The Party always keeps up with the times.
