Abstract

In the Revolution and the Agrarian Revolution period,Chinese Communist Party's understanding of national industry and commerce policy changed gradually from emotional to rational,and it's the period the CCP put forward national industry and commerce policy.In the Anti-Japanese War,Chinese Communist Party's understanding of national industry and commerce policy became mature,and it's the formation period of the policy.And in the war of liberation,the understanding of national industry and commerce policy became more comprehensive,and it's the completion period of the policy.
