Abstract
Objective:To study on chemical constituents from the Leaves of Lonicera japonica.Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Result: Five compounds were obtained and identified as secoxylognin(1),sweoside(2),secologanin dimethyl acetal(3),secologanoside(4) and secologanin(5),respectively.Conclusion: The five compounds were obtained from the Leaves of L.japonica for the first time.
