Abstract

With the continuous development of urban economy and acceleration of motorization process,the problems of urban traffic are becoming more and more serious.The topic of 5th Council Conference of Traffic and Transportation Forum 7+1 is urban traffic.Beijing and Shenzhen cited as examples,it mainly discussed the policy of public traffic priority and strategies of solving urban traffic problems and made some proposals combined with systems engineering theories and methods.
