Abstract

Objective:To analyze related factors and countermeasures to rebleeding of the admitted spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage patients. Methods:Various kinds of risk factors were analyzed, which were of 42 admitted patients with rebleeding of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.Results:34 cases suffered from persistent hypertension,14 cases agitated emotion,7 cases straining at stool,6 cases aggravating activities,7 cases rebleeding after bad sleeping,4 cases rebleeding 8 hours before operation,4 cases rebleeding during lumbar puncture. Conclusion:Hypertension and any motivation causing hypertension were identified as the most important reasons of rebleeding for patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.Meanwhile, bleeding interval and undue lumbar puncture were also identified as important reasons of rebleeding.
