Predicament and Out-way:An analysis on Inheritance of Laifeng Tujia Ethnic Group's Waving Dance

Waving dance is one of the most representational ethnic traditional culture of Tujia ethnic group.It is also a crystallization of their ancestors' wisdom in producing and living.And it has been reserved and protected as an important intangible cultural heritage.This paper revises the history of the discovering and inheritance of waving dance in Laifeng county,and points out the predicament about waving dance inheritance: no enough attention from government,external cultural influence,lack of economy support and professional help.And then this paper figures out rational measures to promote the inheritance and development of waving dance.
