Stylistic Features and Forming Causes of Hand-waving Dance of Tujia Nationality

Hand-waving dance,a type of dances which is performed mainly by swaying hands,is a symbolic culture of Tujia nationality.It is an important form for Tujia people to pass on their national culture.By analyzing the stylistic features of its naturalness,sacrifice functions,and crusade,this paper attempts to explore the relationships between hand-waving dance and the traditional culture,living environment,and religious belief of Tujia nationality.
