Abstract

The employment difficulty of the university students,especially that of the impoverished students,has currently become a hot issue concerned by the whole society.This paper makes an analysis of the current employment of the impoverished university students.Factors,such as family backgrounds, social relation,individual comprehensive qualifications and mental state,etc.,have much impact over the employment of the impoverished university students.Both the university and the society should take countermeasures so as to solve the issue.
