Abstract
The phenomenon of impoverished students in universities is a matter of entire society concern.From the present employment situation,this paper analyzes the reason behind the impoverished students employed behavior,then proposes that education work should be done for impoverished students in the university period,which is the key to solving the impoverished students' employment and improving impoverished students' ability to compete for their jobs.
