Study on the Relationship between Moral and Law Based on the Principle of Administering a Country by Law

As far as the history of law is concerned,law derives from morality,and in modern society,it is also supposed to be based on morality.To protect the effectivity of law,we are bound to know the importance of law and morality,and moral value and ethics as well.Meanwhile,we should lay emphasis on the intra-relations in law and morality during the construction of socialism under the rule of law.
