Abstract

HU Shi's thought of human right had an important position in the trend of thought of human right in the early twentieth century.HU Shi's thought of human right had gone through the changes from advocating Reasorable indicidunlion to Tolerance is more important than freedom,which fully indicates HU's dual concern about the individual freedom and national liberation in the process of modernization of Chinese society.
