Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of epidural analgesia after cesarean section on the function of lactation. Methods 100 primiparous women were selected from our hospital, randomly divided into observation group(PCEA) and control group(muscle injection pethidine hydrochloride). The changes of vital signs ,analgesia and lactation were observed. Results The VAS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P 0.01). The quantity of lactation in observation group was significantly more than that of control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Postoperative analgesia with epidural analgesia after cesarean section can increase the quantity of lactation and promote the time of colostrum.
