Influence of Epidural Analgesia on Maternal Lactation

Objective To observe the effect of epidural analgesia after cesarean section.Methods 180 cases of maternal cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in test group,using of postoperative epidural analgesia pump catheter connecting analgesics solution(100 ml composite liquid containing 100ug fentanyl,droperidol more than 2.5 mg,0.75% bupivacaine 20 ml),90 cases in control group,if the cases suffered postoperative pain,they were given intramuscular pethidine.Results The cases in test group breastfleeding hour was 24 hours earlier than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Epidural analgesia after cesarean section is more conducive to maternal lactation.
