Reform of SOEs and Action Response of Laid-off Workers

According to the survey about the eight cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin,etc.,action responses of laid-off workers are different during the reform of business structures.They adopt three kinds of actions: collective,individual and no action.As to collective action,collective appealing is the most common action with an economic aim;the main form of individual action is questiooing and arguing with leaders aiming to get work and income compensations.Subsistence crisis,manager corruption,goal expectation, action confidence and education are the key variants for a possible collective action.
