Olson's collective action theory analyzes contradictions of collective actions in large-scale groups and advantages of those in small-scale ones,which enlightened students' collective action management in colleges and universities.The implication is to set up standard of collective actions,perform selective motivation and adopt small-scale groups so as to enhance action effects.
