Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of carotid ultrasound in carotid artery stenting selected indications.Method:Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of carotid artery stenosis(≥50%) in carotid artery stenting patients with carotid artery ultrasound and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) test results.Result:Taking severe stenosis(≥70%) as a cutoff point, Carotid ultrasound / DSA for moderate stenosis(50% ~69%) consistent with the diagnosis of proportion(32/29), Carotid ultrasound / DSA for severe stenosis(≥70%) consistent with the diagnosis of proportion(30/33). Carotid ultrasound and DSA detection rate between the two methods showed no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:Carotid ultrasound can be used inpatients with carotid artery stenting screening and guide clinicians to choose the best treatment options for further treatment.
