The Progress and Application of Research in Lentiviral Vector

Lentiviral vector is a kind of retrovirus vector that has been paid much more attention in recent years.The positive features associated with more security,high efficiency to transfer genes,interest gene integrating the genomic and infecting non-dividing cell lead to be an ideal vector for transferring genes,and used widely in clinical and productive practice.Here we reviewed the construction of lentiviral vector based on the HIV-1,and its application in gene therapy and the production of transgenic animal.
