Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole, domperidone and teprenone on reflux esophagitis. Methods Seventy-four patients were divided into two groups( 37 cases in each group),rabeprazole and domperidone tablets was given orally in the control group, and rabeprazole, domperidone tablets and teprenone was given orally in observation group. The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group( P 0. 05),and adverse reaction was less in observation group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of rabeprazole, domperidone and teprenone on reflux esophagitis is obvious, and it has less adverse reaction,so it is worthy promoting.
