The Internal Logic of Civil Society and Deliberative Democracy

In order to better develop democracy,theories on democracy in the West can be referred.The civil society is an intermediary of favorable interactions between the state and the society;deliberative democracy is a tool between them,and democracy is a common point between them.From the perspective of civil society,democracy is a citizen-based regression;from the perspective of deliberative democracy,democracy is the fundamental guarantee policy of political system.The two theories' challenge to politics determines the necessity of democracy.In order to achieve the multi-directional advancement of democracy,the combination and interaction between a mature civil society and a sound deliberative democracy is necessary.
