Abstract

Objective Discussion and analysis of application effect of spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods Selected from December 2012 to 56 cases during December 2013 suspected by B ultrasonic and X- ray examination for calculi patients were studied,and USES the spiral CT examination. 28 patients implement scan + enhancement scanning. Results For ureteral calculi after inspection found the 54 patients,the diagnosis rate was 96. 43%. The right for the 29 cases of ureteral calculi,left for 25 cases. Location: ureteral in 26 cases,13 cases in middle and lower section 15. Diameter: 1 ~ 2. 5 cm for 24 cases,0. 3 ~ 1 cm for 30 cases. 28 patients with mild expansion,such as cholesterol levels above ureter and renal pelvis. Conclusions Clinical using spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi,can its intuitive and comprehensive to patients with ureteral calculi shape and size and position clearly response,provide important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment,is worth popularization and application.
