Abstract
The present status of the supervision of administrative efficiency of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS) are described, and the problems arising from the supervision of the CATAS's administrative efficiency are pinpointed, based on which some suggestions on construction of administrative efficiency supervision are proposed, including improvement of awareness about contents of administrative efficiency supervision, expansion of activities of administrative efficiency supervision, improvement of leadership system and working mechanism, having clear in mind the activities of administrative efficiency supervision, improvement of system establishment for the administrative efficiency supervision, etc.
