The Constraints and Countermeasures about Promotion of Administrative Supervision Effectiveness

The promotion of administrative supervision effectiveness has important theoretical value and practical significance to regulate the exercise of the executive power,promote the construction of clean government and deepen the administrative restructuring.The effectiveness of administrative supervision includes four dimensions which are supervision effect,supervision effectiveness,supervision efficiency and supervision validity.There are problems which have restricted the promotion of administrative supervision effectiveness in the practice of administrative supervision such as the obsolete administrative supervision philosophy,the weak administrative supervision system function,the unsound administrative supervision legal system and the imperfect administrative supervision mechanism.Therefore,we should improve the effectiveness of administrative supervision in four aspects.Firstly,some countermeasures are suggested to promote the effectiveness of administrative supervision which are innovating the supervision philosophy and strengthening the building talent team.Secondly,improve administrative supervision system and strengthen supervision coordination efforts.Thirdly,promote supervision legislation and realize the supervision law-based.Finally,innovate the monitoring operation mechanism and expand the main functions of supervision,and so on.
