Abstract
Based on the concept of knowledge management,starting from the hospital pharmacy management content,function,establish the people-oriented concept,platform construction-drug management information system,system construction,set of clinical pharmacy,scientific pharmacy management standardization,the construction of human resources.According to the Chinese health reform and the new medical reform work requirements,to the new exploration of hospital pharmacy management model,based on knowledge management,to the development of specialization,information,service orientation.Guarantee for the people to provide safe,effective,convenient,affordable medical and health services.
