Abstract
Based on the practices of pharmacy management in the PLA General Hospital,experiences and practices of the hospital pharmacy management in medical logistics administration were introduced.Mainly on the practices and results achieved by the construction of standardized management system,service support system,the information system and quality management system,we proposed that establishing the institutionalized,streamlined,standardized and informationized pharmacy management system in the research-characterized hospital was the only way to adapt to the development of hospital pharmacy and complete connotative quality construction.
