A brief probe in the administration litigation of public interest

The administration litigation of public interest is a new litigation system,which has special function to protect the public interest and social interest.The judicial practice proceedings in our country have established individual interest litigation for the protection of citizens,legal persons and other organizations of the legitimate rights and interests,but not administration litigation of public interest to protect the public interest.After analyzing grounds of theory and practice about administration litigation of public interest,this paper puts forward some shallow views about establishing administration public interest litigation in China through drawing on experience of foreign countries.
