Abstract
Public interest litigation means litigation for the protection of the public interest.Public interest litigation is the power given to the public by courts through judicial activism.A person or a civil society group could approach the court seeking legal remedies in cases where public interest is at stake. But in China,it is difficulty for the People's Court to admit it.We suggest that the public interest is more important than the nation's interest and the court enlarge the interest of action and allow the parties to access justices.
