Building hospital quality management system is the basic way to realize hospital modern management; medical service quality managementis the priority in hospital quality management; safety for medical service is the key in comprehensive quality management; quality service is the importantmeasure for hospital’s competence; medical service quality and cost control are the basic content for hospital quality management; constant improvementis the vitality for hospital development; the article also gives ideas on hospital quality management in new era. The hospital got ISO9001 internationalattestation, and has gradually connected to international one, remarkable achievements obtained.
