Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of surgical intervention in the treatment of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 69 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital between 2005.1~2009.12,summarizing the treatment experience. Results: Glasgow outcome scale was used to evaluate their efficacy:11 cases were good recovery(15.9%),34 cases were moderately disabled(49.3%),19 cases were severely disabled(27.5%),2 cases were in vegetative state(2.9%)and 3cases were dead(4.3%).Conclusion: The volume of hematoma and Glasgow coma scale are very important to surgical program, the right operating methods as well as operating opportunity is very important to decrease the disability rate and the death rate.
