Abstract
The Ming dynasty (1368-1644) was overthrown because of the unbanance development from east regions to west regions, officials' corruption and the extreme disparity between the rich and the poor. The society was in disturbence. The ideological confusion and the feeling of a vague life were the characteristics of that time. Many people turned to budhism for spirit comfort. The law school, headed by Poshanhaiming, a great budhist monk, sprang up rapidly in southwest region. It became people's spirit support in a disturbing society and exerted great influence in the history.
