Socialism Political Civilization: the Motive Mechanism for the Present China's Political Development

Abstract
Political Development is a positive transformation during the process of a country's modernization. The value target of present China's political development focuses on political democratization, political high efficiency and political order. Political civilization shows a kind of political progress state in mankind political lives relative to political ignorance. Constructing socialistic political civilization is an important premise and security for the realization of the value target of the present China's political development, providing a powerful motivation for the acceleration of the present China's political development.
