Abstract
The political system civilization is the core of political civilization.Its development presents the features of natural growth and rational choice.The developing motive of political system civilization comes from not only the economic and social needs outside the political fields,but also the political development needs within the political fields.The development of political system civilization can make the function of political system realized fully,promote and ensure the validity of political system,and also can promote the development of political civilization.
