Abstract
Objective Explore the Intense pulsed light combined baixuanxiatare tablet clinical efficacy in treatment of face acne, Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups,92 cases in treatment group, treatment once every two weeks,89 cases in control group, take baixuanxiatare tablet, topical 0.05% Vitamin A acid cream, 8 weeks of treatment, Results The effective rate in treatment group was 91.3%, the controlgroup was 71.2%. There has a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion IPL combined baixuanxiatare tablet in treatment of mild to moderate acne, good clinical efficacy, safety, small side effects.
