Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and complications of CT-guided percutaneous cryoablation for StageⅠA non small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods From June 2008 to November 2009,29 cases of StageⅠA NSCLC were treated by percutaneous cryoablation. All the patients were followed-up for 24 months after the operation, using contrast-enhanced CT to evaluate the tumor size and enhancement. Results There was no serious complications occurred;follow-up in the 6th month showed that 2 lesions show SD,others show CR.In 24 months,3 patients were found lymph node of mediastinal enlarged.3 patients were found metastasis,21 patients show CR.Conclusions CT-guided percutaneous cryoablation is a simple, safe and reliable procedure for NSCLC with the maximum diameter less than 3 cm.
