Abstract
Protopanaxadiol ginsenosides were transformed into 7-10 types of rare ginsenosides such as F2 and C-Mc by the ginsenoside enzyme.F2 has a very low content in the natural and C-Mc does not exist in natural ginseng. The crude product transformed from protopanaxadiol ginsenosides(PPD)was separated and purified.Silica gel chromatography was applied to separate and purify 40 g crude product, which has been desugared and decolored.3.49 g ginsenoside F2 with the purity of 98.2%was obtained, and its yield was 8.72%.0.70 g C-Mc with the purity of 82.2% was also obtained, and its yield was 1.80%.This experiment has successfully established a preliminary method of preparing and separating on F2 and C-Mc.
