Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To extract and purification ginsenoside Rg 1 and to determine the content of it.METHODS:Ultrasonic extraction was used to extract total saponin of Panax ginseng.Ginsenoside Rg 1 was separated and purified with silica gel column chromatography.HPLC method was used to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg 1.RESULTS:9.91 g ginsenoside Rg 1 was obtained with the purity of 89.63% in 50 g P.ginseng.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and low cost,and the purity is satisfied.So,this technology is suitable to prepare ginsenoside Rg 1.
