Abstract
The difficulty in graduates' employment at vocational colleges has hindered the healthy development of higher vocational education to a large degree.The paper analyzes the major causes of graduates' difficulty in employment at present according to the research and practice for many years,and discusses how to carry out and further improve the guide to graduates' employment effectively.
