Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of stage radical operation treating perianal abscess. Methods 64 patients with perianal abscess were selected in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2013 and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=32) and the control group(n=32).The experimental group was treated with one stage radical operation while the control group was treated with incision and drainage surgey. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group(96.9%) was higher than that in the control group(62.5%)(P0.05);the incidence rate of complication and the recurrence rate of perianal abscess in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion One stage radical operation treating perianal abscess can obviously improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, and reduce the incidence rate of archosyrinx and the recurrence rate of abscess. It has a very significant clinical significance.
