Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical effects of radical and simple incision and drainage of abscess incision and drainage. Methods In our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012,76 case hospitalized patients with perianal abscesss were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 38 cases in each group, the observation group underwent radical incision and drainage, the control group with simple incision and drainage, the clinical outcomes and postoperative infection control time, treatment, relapse were compared. Results The patients after one case no change in symptoms or signs, 1 case of anal fistula. Control group of patients after treatment five cases no change in symptoms or signs, 3 cases of anal fistula, the observation group after treatment, the total effective rate was 94.74%, was significantly better than the control group between the two groups, the difference was significant(P0.05). The patients postoperative antibiotics to control infection time was(3.1±0.8) days, the total course of treatment was(19.2± 1.3)days, respectively, compared with the control group, was significantly shorter than the control group between the two groups, the difference was significant(P0.05). And 1-year postoperative follow-up, 5 cases of recurrence was observed in patients in the control group of patients relapsed during follow-up in 11 cases, two recurrence rates were 13.2%, 28.9%, between the two groups, the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion Radical treatment of perianal abscess incision and drainage of the clinical effect was better than incision and drainage, can shorten the hospital stay, recurrence rate, should be popularized and applied.
