Abstract

Objective:To discuss the significance of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and high-sensitivity Creactive prote-in fhs-CRP in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) in pati-ents with. Methods:Determination of 80 elderly CHF patients, and 50 cases of normal B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and hs-CRP level as control group. Results:Plasma BNP,and CRP levels in CHF patients were significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01).B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and hs.CRP increased with the severity of heart failure aggravated by increased intergroup difference had statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:BNP and hs-CRP increased in CHF probably play a role in the pathogenesis.B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and increased concentrations of hs-CRP can be used as index of CHF patients severity of cardiac dysfunction signs of inflammatory response activation. And increased the extent and severity of illness is consistent.
