Abstract
To introduce the optimal design theory into the CAD,CAE,VD technology which were developed in recent years,it can not only select the optimal solution through constantly choosing the design parameters,but also improve the design speed and shorten the design cycle. In this paper,we apply ANSYS optimal design features based on FEM,optimize the drum thickness to be the variables,and make the products meet the requirements,while lightering the structure and improving the design efficiency.
