Abstract

In order to keep pace with the development of market economy, it is necessary to reform the property right system of medical institutions. There are some issues during the reform: such as national assets loss, bargaining costs too high, injustice on civilian-owned hospitals, how to arrange margin employees and so on. To analyze the key issues and given some proposals accordingly. Additionally, to rectify some cognition errors about the property right system reform too.
