Abstract

The view of this paper is that the property right reform is an inevitable step in the progress of economy reform in China. From the opinion of institutional economics, the paper points out that the troubles about micro economy are the institutional difficult position owning to the property right vague. Therefore, it is necessary to supply greatly institution and implement property right reform so as to conform to the demands of economy reform, and promote the progress of economy reform.
