Abstract

Following the change of the higher-education from elite-education to public-education,making still greater demands on educational quality.Improving the quality of the higher-education need:establishing exact quality-idea and scientific talent-aim;constructing rational curriculum system and establishing diverse specialized subject orientation,protruding specialized subject characteristic;optimizing the teacher team,deepening teaching-reform,strengthening teaching-manage.
