Abstract
[Objective] To deter mine the best optimization method of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO.[Method] With solvent as extractant,total flavonoids were extracted by using cold soak,hot-dip,reflux and ultrasonic methods,and then determined and compared by UV method.[Result] The best extraction method was ultrasonic method,and the optimum extraction conditions were: 60% ethanol,extracting for three times,2 h each time,and 70 ℃,under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 1.462 mg/g.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic method was characterized by low energy consumption and high efficient without destroying the effective components,therefore it was applicable to the extraction of total flavonoids from FOLIUM GINKGO.
